TV Wall Mounting
INCLUDED
OneGuard will perform the following for a service fee of $99:
- Install and mount (1) one 55” TV into standard drywall using the customer provided wall mount
- Connect all necessary power, video, and basic audio components provided by the customer
- Neatly dress uncovered wires on the outside of the wall
NOT INCLUDED
OneGuard will not provide the:
- TV wall mount bracket
- TV Cables/Audio Cables/Power Cables
- Installing or moving electrical outlets
- Installing power/audio/video cords in-wall
- Installing cord covers over power/audio/video cords
ADDITIONAL FEES (PAID TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER)
Cord covers, in-wall wire concealment, mounting to concrete, brick or other wall types, TVs greater than 55″ and heights greater than 12 feet are all available for an additional fee. Please make the service provider aware at the time of scheduling.

Gutter Cleaning Service
INCLUDED
OneGuard will perform the following for a service fee of $75.00:
- Gutter cleaning up to 130 Linear feet of a one-story home
- Service heights greater than 12 feet will result in additional fees.
- The homeowner is responsible for providing debris disposal bags
NOT INCLUDED
- OneGuard will not provide the disposal of debris bags
- Heights greater than 30 feet
ADDITIONAL FEES (PAID TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER)
For additional gutter cleaning footage, please make the service provider aware at the time of scheduling as it will result in additional fees.

Power Washing Service
INCLUDED
OneGuard will perform the following for a service fee of $75.00:
- One Hour (up to 400 sqft) of Power Washing: Recommended for unpainted driveways, garage floors, sidewalks, patios, and walkways. No stucco surfaces.
- Services at heights greater than 12 feet will result in additional fees.
- Use of industrial grade pressure washer
NOT INCLUDED
- Moving of furniture or items in the desired washed area
- Power washing of painted surfaces, finished surfaces, or stucco surfaces
- Scrubbing of surfaces or guarantee of stain removal
- Removing of debris from the sprayed area
- Detergents or soaps
Please Note: The one hour starts as soon as the service provider arrives at the home.
ADDITIONAL FEES (PAID TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER)
Anything over the allotted (1) one hour of service or more than 400 sqft may result in additional fees.
