Window Washing Service
INCLUDED
OneGuard will clean up to fifteen (15) exterior ground-level windows. Additional fees will be charged for additional exterior windows and/or second-story windows.
NOT INCLUDED
- Hard water stain removal, paint overspray removal, screen cleaning, screen repairs,
and interior windows. Additional fees apply for these services.
Power Washing Service
INCLUDED
- Power Washing (up to 400 sqft): Recommended for unpainted driveways, garage floors, sidewalks, patios, and walkways. No stucco surfaces.
- Services at heights greater than 12 feet will result in additional fees.
- Use of industrial-grade pressure washer
NOT INCLUDED
- Moving of furniture or items in the desired washed area
- Power washing of painted surfaces, finished surfaces, or stucco surfaces
- Scrubbing of surfaces or guarantee of stain removal
- Removing of debris from the sprayed area
- Detergents or soaps
Exterior Door Washing Service
INCLUDED
- Soft wash of up to 2 garage doors and 2 front doors.
NOT INCLUDED
- Moving of furniture or items in the desired washed area
- Stain Removal, screen cleaning, scraping, security doors.
- Scrubbing of surfaces or guarantee of stain removal
- Removing of debris from the sprayed area
- Detergents or soaps
Please Note: If the door paint is peeling or damaged the Contractor may not perform the wash if it will cause further damage. Additional doors will incur a fee.
