What happens when stuff breaks?
1. Call Us
When stuff breaks, simply call our customer service line toll-free at 888-896-0014 or place a service request online. It is also a good idea to review your warranty contract to familiarize yourself with the details of your specific coverage, limitations, and exclusions.
2. Schedule Appointment
A OneGuard representative will quickly assign a qualified service contractor to handle your covered service request. If you have an email address on file with us, you will receive an email confirming the item in need of repair and the name and contact information of the assigned service contractor. The service contractor will quickly contact you by phone to schedule a mutually convenient appointment.
3. Pay Service Fee
Upon arrival, the service contractor will collect a Service Call Fee. This is a fee paid per service trade – electrician, plumber, etc. – not per visit. There is a chance that additional costs will be associated with your repair or replacement. For example, if there are components that are not covered by your home warranty plan, these will be charged to you directly.
We’ll take care of all the parts and labor necessary to repair your home’s covered equipment – and if we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it with a new, brand-name product with comparable features. At OneGuard Home Warranties, we take great pride in providing you with the most reliable service contractors to assist you. When the repair is complete, we will send you a survey to follow-up on your experience. Service requests are unlimited during your contract term.
